Please Read This Very Important Policy Information to Ensure That You Have a Great Stay!

We present a lovely, clean, well-maintained homes to all our valued guests, as beautifully represented in our rental presentations. We do our best to accommodate your needs with our outstanding guest relations team, hostess/concierge, housekeeping services, maintenance staff and service providers. We are responsive to the needs of our guests before, during, and after their stays with our 24-hour Urgent Services line and extended internet service hours.

ALL Vacation Rental Guests in Sonoma County must: comply with strictly enforced statutes for guest behavior during stays. Please enjoy the peace, tranquility, and beauty of the neighborhood while maintaining courtesy and respect for the neighboring homes. It is vital for guests and their group to conduct themselves in a manner compatible with neighborhood practices and in accordance with the requirements of the Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance, including:

  • No Parties, Special Events, Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, or other similar activities are allowed. Quiet, small gatherings which do not exceed the maximum occupancy may be allowed with permission (in writing).
  • Maximum Overnight Occupancy for each home is 2 per bedroom and some homes are set up for 2 additional guests, as permitted by Sonoma County.
  • Quiet Hours must be observed from 10pm to 8am without exception, including no outdoor activities. Use of the spa and/or the pool is also not allowed after 10pm. Guests must not exceed the County’s noise standard at any time.
  • No Amplified Outdoor Sound of any kind is permitted at any time, without exception.
  • Maximum Number of Additional Daytime Guests allowed is 6; all daytime guests must leave the property by 10 p.m. when quiet hours begin.
  • Overnight Parking is limited to no more than 1 car per bedroom on the property, where spacing permits. Please check with the office to determine how much space the home you are interested in can accommodate. Guests must not block emergency vehicle access, neighbors’ driveways, or park on neighboring private property.

As professional Property Managers for Vacation Homes, it is our responsibility to provide our guests with a safe and comfortable environment while protecting the property and its permit. All of our guests understand and must agree to follow these standards without exception.
