The large Great Room entertainment area includes a 46” LCD TV with cable and WiFi, and a double sofa futon and a single futon chair, providing comfortable sleeping areas for extra guests.  With a decorative glass door opening to the back porch, the master suite features a new comfortable queen bed with luscious linens and bedding and a 32” LCD TV.  The master ensuite full bath provides privacy with a beautifully tiled large shower and is finished gracefully and with a touch of elegance.  The guest bedroom has its special charm and is also furnished with a queen bed.  The shared full bath has a tub/shower combo with all new tile, vanity sink, and fixtures. 

On a quiet street and a large lot, the Victorian Lady a wrap-around porch plus a small deck that goes down to a beautiful flagstone private patio for you barbeques.  It has a large backyard and a detached garage.  There is also a long driveway and street parking available.  A 30-night minimum stay is required. No smoking please!

The Bullock House is a single story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, historic farmhouse built in 1922 & updated w/ Central Heat/AC & a gas fireplace. Beautifully restored & maintained, w/ a wrap-around, columned veranda , detailed woodwork & architectural features unique to this period home, this vintage farmhouse is situated in the heart of the vineyards of the famed Dry Creek Valley, & is within walking distance of several outstanding wineries, yet only minutes from Healdsburg and 5 minutes to Lake Sonoma Recreation Area!

A 37" LCD TV w/ Dish Network & a DVD/VHS player is provided in the parlor entertainment center, & whole house Wi-FI is also available.  All 3 lovely bedrooms have queen beds & w/ the parlor full sofa bed, the Bullock House provides for up to 8 guests.  Outdoor ammenities include an arbor covered patio among the vines, w/ BBQ, picnic table, & a propane heater, as well as a top-of-the-line hydrotherapy spa. The bright and airy kitchen and dining room with a skylight and river views, open to the back porch, deck and a hand-made rock wall and stairs, leading you down to the river. 

With a wood burning fireplace, deluxe queen sleeper sofa, and 2 comfy loveseats, the living room faces the dining area and river side of the house.  All 3 bedrooms have queen beds; one of the bedrooms is a suite with a jetted soaking tub.  The second shared bathroom is newly remodeled and retiled with a large walk-in, glass-doored, shower.  You will likely spend much of your time in the shade of the Redwoods, on the patio and river deck with BBQ and spa, enjoying the spectacular beauty of it all!

This 3br/2ba, beautifully renovated Ranch House, on a lovely landscaped acre,  surrounded on all sides by vines, has central heat/AC and is filled with love and good times shared over the past decades by several generations of a wonderful Italian Family. The fully equipped Gourmet Kitchen features stainless steel appliances and other amenities the chef might need to 'orchestrate a culinary masterpiece' for all to enjoy. 

Enjoy the spacious Great Room with open flowing floor plan with the dining room and kitchen to your right, the living room is straight ahead, and with a hallway on your left, which leads to 3 bedrooms and 2 private shared full baths.  With a large comfy leather sectional sofa, the living room is a great place to gather around the gas logged fireplace and entertainment center, including a 40” flat screen Dynex LCD HDTV, VHS/DVD player, Comcast cable, and WiFi. A king bed graces the first lovely bedroom and the second bedroom is also charming with a full sized bed.  With 2 trundle beds that each convert to king beds, the third bedroom has  younger guests in mind, with a TV and VHS/DVD player, as well. 

Both front and backyards are nicely landscaped and maintained with lawns; there is also an 8-person Sundance Spa for a very relaxing  soaking and bubbling experience.  Additional outdoor amenities include a wonderful grape arbor covered seating area with table and chairs, 2 chaise lounges for enjoying the view, and a gas BBQ for grilling your ‘roast beast’!
